Fitness Center at Rapid Rehab
Rapid Rehab Elite Fitness sets the standard in personal fitness through the utilization and synergy of the best in personnel, equipment, and energy. Clients may choose a private one-on-one or a semi-private session with a highly trained and certified fitness expert in Weight Training, Core Training, and Flexibility Training. Unlike your typical crowded gym, we are a private fitness center, and therefore can offer you a relaxed, non-congested environment. Whether your goal is to lose weight, strengthen, tone, or enhance your overall athletic performance, rest assured that you are in caring hands.
The overall feel of the fitness center parallels the feel of an upscale fitness environment so evident in our lobby, separate physical therapy rehab center, and private Pilates studio. The patented Matrix line of Selectorized Equipment with its tubular frame work, angled weight stacks, and high gloss Lexus paint beautifully complements the hardwood bamboo flooring, tropical plants, and extensively mirrored walls that surround our clients.
Our Matrix line of cardio equipment comes with FITCONNEXION Entertainment Technology, providing each client with a 17-inch flat screen TV for personal entertainment choices during exercise.
All of this comes with the Muzak Sound Sytem with its 100+ channels of music entertainment.
